Roger represents clients from closely held businesses to public corporations in all aspects of corporate, business and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and taxation. He has significant experience negotiating and drafting a broad range of corporate agreements including asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, license agreements, real estate sale contracts and lease agreements. In addition, Roger has represented individual and institutional borrowers and lenders in financing transactions including secured and unsecured loans and loan workouts.
