Pete represents individuals and families in all aspects of estate planning, estate administration and individual tax planning and issues, with an emphasis on estate planning for owners of closely held businesses. He assists clients with drafting and updating estate planning documents, asset ownership, business succession planning, transferring assets in the most tax efficient manner possible, and estate and trust administration and dispute resolution.

Prior to joining the firm, Pete ran his own estate planning firm, Roth Law, LLC, and worked for several large local and national trust companies.
