Our representation goes beyond the courtroom and extends to personnel matters. Our attorneys prepare employee manuals, review personnel policies and counsel employers on all types of personnel issues. Our labor attorneys also practice in the union arena where they negotiate contracts, arbitrate grievances and assist companies during labor unrest. Several of the attorneys lecture and provide extensive training in this area of labor and employment law as well as litigation in state and federal courts in Missouri and Illinois.
