Jim primarily represents clients in all aspects of estate planning, asset protection, probate, corporate, business and commercial law. He assists clients with matters including powers of attorney, wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, asset protection and special needs trusts, charitable trusts, veteran’s benefits, Medicaid planning, business entity selection, asset and real estate transactions, management contracts, shareholder agreements and operating agreements. He provides on-going advice and counsel on estate planning issues that arise as people progress through their lives and careers.
Prior to joining the firm, Jim was an associate practicing estate planning, corporate, and elder law with two small law firms in St. Louis and Wood River, Illinois.
